Custom songs

I’m excited to announce that I’ve started doing personalized song commissions. What could this possibly mean, Morgan? I asked myself that same question… Basically, I’ll write and sing a new original song for you that could be:

• The love story of you and your partner who are about to get married or have an anniversary

• A lullaby you’d like your or your dear friend’s newborn to hear as they fall asleep

• A tribute to a passed loved one who you don’t want you or future relatives to forget any detail of

• A gift for your graduating senior or your cousin’s sweet sixteen

• Badass messages of self love that you can dance around your room to

• Or… something else really cool that I haven’t even thought of!

To get started, just take 15-30 minutes to tell me what you’d like in your song by filling out the online form HERE and/or by emailing me at morganjohnstonmusic@gmail.com to set up a video or in person (masked) meeting.

Personalized songs typically range from $100 to $400 depending on what you’d like to use the song for, any additional time for revisions, and if you’d like an audio recording, video, or live performance in addition to a lyric sheet for your final product. That said, there’s always flexibility to make a song to fit the amount you feel comfy paying for!

And now for the legal jargon hehe… I understand that Morgan owns the copyright of the song created for me as a result of the personalized song commission. She retains the right to post the song on digital platforms or perform it live once any personal information of mine has been substituted from the lyrics. If I post the song online, I will give credit to Morgan Johnston.
